Oath is everpresent, scattered across the fabric of existence. Considering she's the creator of everything within our universe and various others, its not surprising! She brings a feeling of comfort to all that are within her presence, as long as her eyes stay shut. Dont worry, since shes everything, she can easily see without them being open! Happily married for over 2 thousand years, she leads a happy existance!
